- Rudel, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company", "we", "our", or "us") shall hold an Egoist Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the campaign") for all creators publishing "BLUE LOCK Project: World Champion" (hereinafter referred to as "the application") content.
- In the case participants of the campaign commit acts of dishonesty, fail to abide by the video publishing guidelines or entry requirement precautions, or commit other actions we may regard as inadequate, we shall revoke their right of participation.
- In the case any dispute arises between a participant of the campaign and a third party, the participant shall resolve such dispute on their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause us to suffer any damage whatsoever.
- Except for cases occurring due to grounds attributable to us, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the campaign.
- We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by participants attributable to or related to network errors, YouTube operating environment, or other situations outside of our control.
- The campaign may be terminated or altered without prior notice.
- The campaign is organized exclusively by us, and it has no association with Apple Inc. or Google LCC.
- Minors must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian to be able to participate.
- We shall not answer any questions regarding our screening or lot drawing methods.
- We shall select nominees for each category based on our screening standards at our sole discretion.
- After the end of the campaign, we shall contact vote/lottery winners via the email address found under "Business Inquiry Email" on their YouTube account, or the one listed in their channel's description. In the case we receive no reply until the specified deadline, or in the case the winner deletes their account in the application before being contacted by us, we shall invalidate their victory, or deem they have forfeited their winner rights.
- When shipping prizes related to the campaign, we shall require from applicants personal information such as name, email address, and shipping address. Any such information obtained by us shall be properly managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- With regard to videos submitted for the campaign, we may edit them at our own discretion, within the scope of purposes related to promoting the campaign and the application, as well as utilize them without any need for compensation, or request a third party to do so.
- In the case two or more individuals apply as a single team, any category or lottery prizes shall be granted to a single individual representing the entire team.
- We may publish the username of vote/lottery winners on our website and/or social media.
- We may abbreviate usernames containing text that could violate a third party's copyright or decency standards.
