Guidelines for Posting Videos

Rudel, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") appreciates our users creating videos, still images, and the like using gameplay videos and screenshots of the Company's games (hereinafter referred to as "Gameplay Videos, etc.") and encourages the creation of Gameplay Videos, etc.

The Company will not make a copyright claim against a user as an individual for posting videos, still images, and the like created by using Gameplay Videos, etc. to appropriate websites that share videos and still images, and obtaining profits through the systems designated below.

With respect to the Company's games, the copyrights or trademarks that pertain to the characters, music, videos, and other forms of expression that are elements of the relevant game may be vested in a licensor other than the Company or the licensor's affiliated companies (hereinafter such forms of expression for which the licensor owns the rights are referred to as "Expressions").
Such games include the games specified below for which the Company is formally licensed by the licensor (hereinafter the games specified below are collectively referred to as "Licensed Games"). When posting Gameplay Videos, etc. of a Licensed Game, please comply with these Guidelines. (These Guidelines will be updated as needed.)
However, the rights to animation videos related to an Expression may be owned by a third party other than the licensor. For this reason, please do not post any videos, still images, or the like of animation videos.

1. Videos Permitted to Be Posted

These Guidelines are established to encourage users to share on the Internet videos and still images of their own gameplay and comments on the games.
For this reason, posts of videos and still images of gameplay and comments on the games or posts that introduce our games in a way that showcases the user's creativity are permitted. However, it is not permissible to share any moving image contained in a game, any reproduction of a promotional video produced by the Company, any extract of a game's soundtrack, or any other video that does not show the user's own gameplay or is not edited by the user him/herself.

2. Systems through Which Profits May Be Obtained

The "systems designated below" herein are as follows (They will be updated as needed):

• YouTube • Facebook • Niconico Video/Live • Twitch • X (formerly Twitter) • TwitCasting

3. Use for Non-commercial Purposes

Except for the cases set forth in 2 above, it is not permissible to obtain monetary profits through the use of Company content. For example, it is not permissible to share Gameplay Videos, etc. with third parties for a fee, sell or grant a license for Gameplay Videos, etc., or share them through any means that requires a charged subscription.

4. Appropriate Websites for Sharing Videos and Still Images

Appropriate websites are assumed to be websites for sharing videos and still images that are generally used by many people (for example, YouTube and Twitter).
However, videos and still images posted to such websites may be deleted if they do not comply with these Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Posts

(1) Disclosure before the formal commencement of services

Posting is prohibited, in any form, of videos or still images that have been informally released, are not permitted by the Company to be posted, or have been leaked. However, the Company may request a corporation or individual to use the Company's games or disclose videos before the formal commencement of services for business purposes.
When posting content related to a crucial part of the game scenario, please do so with consideration given to those who have not yet played the game.

(2) Use for business purposes

Corporations are not permitted to use the Company's games without first obtaining the Company's permission. Corporations that would like to use Company games are required to contact the Company at the following:

(3) Indication of collaboration or tie-up

The posting of any videos or still images that indicate or mislead a person into believing that the Company or a person concerned with the Company is collaborating or in a corporate tie-up when it is not true is prohibited.

(4) Inappropriate expressions

Do not use Company games to post any videos or still images that are illegal, inappropriate, contrary to public order and morality, or in violation of these Guidelines. Specifically, videos or still images that contain the following are prohibited:

• Discriminatory expressions regarding race, sex, and other matters;
• Sexual expressions such as offensive expressions regarding sexual orientation and sexually explicit expressions;
• Expressions that promote criminal activity;
• Content that is slanderous or is created for the purpose of religious, political, or antisocial activity;
• Content that violates an individual country's laws and regulations;
• Content that infringes on the Company's intellectual property rights;
• Content that obstructs the normal operation of the Company's services or impairs the security of the Company's services; and
• Content related to tools and services for cheating, cracking, gaining unauthorized access, and the like.

6. Other Matters to Be Noted

(1) If a Gameplay Video, etc. includes any content for which a third party owns or manages the right, the use of such content may require the right holder's permission. Please understand that we cannot respond to any inquiry regarding the identity of the holder or manager of the right.

(2) The Company and the licensor of the Licensed Games provide no warranties, including warranties that the videos, music, images, and the like (hereinafter referred to as "Videos, etc.") used in the Licensed Games are provided to the extent that they can be provided under current conditions and do not infringe on third-party rights. The user shall be responsible for the use of any Videos, etc. The Company and the licensor shall not provide compensation for any loss, damage, or dispute with a third party arising as a result of the use of Videos, etc.

(3) The Company and the licensor of the Licensed Games retain the right to revoke the permission to prepare and post Gameplay Videos, etc. at any time.

(4) All rights not expressly granted in these Guidelines are retained by the Company and the licensor of the Licensed Games.

(5) These Guidelines will be updated as needed. Please make sure to confirm the latest Guidelines before posting Gameplay Videos, etc.

(6) If you do not comply with these Guidelines, the Company may take measures to delete the posted Gameplay Videos, etc. without notice.

(7) These Guidelines are not exhaustive. The Company may delete a posted Gameplay Video, etc. if the Company independently deems that the posted Gameplay Video, etc. is inappropriate or has received a request from an intellectual property right holder other than the Company for deletion.

(8) Please understand that we cannot answer any individual inquiries regarding these Guidelines.
